Tasked with building the ultimate topdeck for extreme slalom we did not have to think twice on the design. Selecting BALLER 87 - a skirt with a reinforced deck ready to take the boat on boat beating - was only logical. And there is no better top to handle the frequency of paddling required during a race than the ZEPHYR top. Here you have it - the decktop to lead the pack.
BALLER 87
A bungee style neoprene spraydeck for intermediate to advanced paddlers is now made from e.prene - a kinder to mother nature alternative to conventional neoprene rubber.
+ The deck is made from 4 mm e.prene rubber with Supratex nylon laminated on the top - wear resistant outside layer to ensure durability without sacrificing flexibility.
+ Sticky silicon coating around the inside perimeter of the deck to provide better adhesion with the cockpit rim ensuring it stays on even in hard whitewater.
+ Bungee around the perimeter to keep water out and make sure the skirt stays on.
+ Large and easy to find pull tab for a quick and safe exit.
ZEPHYR SS/LS Top
Zephyr long sleeve is a featherweight semi-dry top that was carefully constructed with minimum seams to reduce weight as far as possible.
+ Made from Carbonflex which is an extremely light and elastic fabric.
+ The inside of the Zephyr top is further completed with a cellulose-based finish to minimize friction between the paddler and garment, allowing one to move as freely as possible.
+ One can easily forget about the neoprene cuffs and collar as they are constructed from thin and flexible Neopspan for more comfort.
+ Designed for the demands of racing, great for any water activity.
